Meeting Time Planner

Add the time zones of everyone in a meeting and pick a date. A 24-hour grid shows the local time in each zone for every hour of the reference day, with working hours coloured and slots that suit everyone highlighted. Click a column to choose a time and copy a summary listing it in every zone. Daylight saving changes are handled using your browser’s time-zone database.

Frequently asked questions

Does it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. Local times come from your browser’s Intl time-zone data for the date you pick, so a day when clocks change shows 23 or 25 hours in the reference zone.

What is the reference zone?

The first zone in the list. The grid shows its calendar day from midnight to midnight; use Make ref to change it.

What if no slot suits everyone?

The tool tells you there is no overlap. Try widening working hours, choosing a different day, or rotating inconvenient times fairly between participants.
