Frequently asked questions

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

No. Encrypted PDFs cannot be opened in the browser without the password. Remove the protection in your PDF reader first, then add the file again.

Are links and bookmarks kept?

Page content, including text and images, is copied exactly. Document-level bookmarks and form fields from the source files may not carry over.

Can I take pages in a different order?

Yes. A range such as 5-1 adds pages 5 to 1 in reverse, and a list such as 3, 1, 2 adds them in that order.

Is there a page limit?

There is no fixed limit; very large merges depend on your device memory.
