Is every name equally likely to win?

Yes. Winners are chosen with a cryptographically secure random generator and an unbiased shuffle, so each name has the same chance.

What if a name appears twice?

With Ignore duplicate names on, repeated names (ignoring capitalisation) count once. Turn it off to give a name extra entries.

How are teams balanced?

Names are shuffled and dealt into groups in turn, so group sizes differ by at most one person.
