Frequently asked questions
Is my list of cities saved?
Yes, in your browser's local storage on this device. It is not sent to our servers, and clearing site data will reset it.
How is day or night decided?
Between 06:00 and 17:59 local time is shown as day; other hours are shown as night. It is an approximation and does not use actual sunrise times.
Why is my city not listed?
Time zones are named after a major city in each region. Pick the city that shares your time zone, for example Asia/Dhaka for all of Bangladesh.
