Image Cropper

Cut an image down to exactly the area you want. Drag the crop box or its corners with a mouse, finger or pen, lock it to a common aspect ratio such as 1:1 or 16:9, or type the exact X, Y, width and height in pixels. You can also rotate by 90° and flip the image before cropping.

How to use the Image Cropper

  1. Drop the image you want to crop.
  2. Pick an aspect ratio or leave it on Free.
  3. Drag the box to move it and drag a corner to resize; arrow keys nudge it (Shift for 10 px).
  4. Rotate or flip if needed, or type exact coordinates.
  5. Press Crop image and download the result.

Frequently asked questions

Does cropping reduce quality?

The kept pixels are copied at full resolution. JPEG and WebP output are re-compressed at the quality you choose; PNG output is lossless.

Can I crop to an exact pixel size?

Yes. Type the width and height into the numeric fields. With an aspect preset active, the other side updates automatically.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. The crop box and corner handles respond to touch, and the page scrolls normally outside the image.
